Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and a notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.

Please note - Prescriptions, sent electronically (via EPS) from the surgery to the nominated chemists are not received immediately on the chemists system. We would therefore suggest that if there are any medications needed urgently you request the prescription to be printed out and collected from the surgery on the same day.
